राष्ट्रीय ई-पुस्तकालय शिक्षा मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत स्कूल शिक्षा और साक्षरता विभाग द्वारा शुरू की गई एक अभिनव परियोजना है। यह एक निःशुल्क डिजिटल लाइब्रेरी के रूप में कार्य करता है और भारत के युवा दिमागों के लिए विशेष रूप से तैयार किए गए ज्ञान और कहानियों के राष्ट्रीय भंडार के रूप में कार्य करता है।

राष्ट्रीय e-पुस्तकालय (Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya) is a pioneering initiative, offering a digital library that serves as a national repository of knowledge and stories, specifically curated for children and adolescents.By providing seamless access to such online content, the aim is not only to develop a habit of reading and instill a sense of pride and curiosity among young Indians regarding their heritage and achievements but also to act as a knowledge hub for the younger generations.

This digital library facilitates availability of quality books across geographies, languages, genres and levels, and enables device agnostic accessibility. The Digital Library consists of non-academic books for 

children and adolescents categorized in four age groups i.e., 3-8, 8-11, 11-14, and 14-18 years respectively. 

The books cover different genres for children and adolescents like fiction, non-fiction, biographies, poetry, classics, comics, novels, etc. Therepository of books in राष्ट्रीय e-पुस्तकालय (Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya) focuses on history,culture,scientific achievements, and other significant facets of India.

Dear Parents,
We are pleased to inform you that, as per the guidelines of **Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS)**, our school has introduced the **Classroom Award Programme** for students of **Classes III to VIII**.
The objective of this programme is to recognize and appreciate the unique qualities, talents, positive behaviour, and overall development of every child. Each month, students will be nominated for different award traits such as discipline, kindness, helpfulness, creativity, leadership, punctuality, sportsmanship, academic excellence, and many more.

PUSTAKOPAHAR UTSAV 2026

 

पुस्तकोपहार उत्सव 

प्यारे बच्चों जैसा कि आप जानते हैं कि केन्द्रीय विद्यालय प्रति वर्ष नये सत्र की शुरुआत में *पुस्तक* *उपहार* *उत्सव* मनाता है। इस उत्सव में छात्र-छात्राएं पिछली कक्षा की किताबों को विद्यालय पुस्तकालय में जमा करते हैं और अगर अगली कक्षा की पुस्तक उपलब्ध हो तो पुस्तकें प्राप्त करते हैं। केन्द्रीय विद्यालय की पुस्तकोंपहार योजना निशुल्क है जिसका उद्देश्य अधिक से अधिक पेड़ों को कटने से बचाना है, क्योंकि कागज पेड़ों से ही बनते हैं। एक पेड़ से *16.67* कागज के रीम बनते हैं और एक रीम में *500 sheets* होते हैं, तो एक पेड़ से *16.67×500=8335 sheets* कागज बनता हैं। यदि आप सब इस पुस्तक उपहार योजना/उत्सव में पुरानी कक्षा की पुस्तकों को दान करके और अगली कक्षा की पुस्तकें प्राप्त करके भाग लेते हैं, तो जाने-अनजाने में कितने *पेड़ों को* *कटने से बचा सकते हैं।* ज़रा सोचिए। 

प्यारे बच्चों केंद्रीय विद्यालय के इस पुस्तक उपहार उत्सव में आप बढ़ चढ़कर हिस्सा ले औऱ सैंकड़ों पेड़ों को कटने से बचायें। आप अपनी पिछली कक्षा की पुस्तकें *5*अप्रैल***2026* तक विद्यालय पुस्तकालय में या अपने कक्षा अध्यापक को जमा करवा सकते हैं।
