बाल दिवस 14 नवंबर

 

Children's Day: हर वर्ष की तरह इस बार भी पूरे देश में बाल दिवस की धूम है। भारत हर साल 14 नवंबर को देश के पहले प्रधानमंत्री जवाहरलाल नेहरू की बर्थ एनिवर्सरी (Children's Day 2022) को दर्शाने के लिए मनाता है। बाल दिवस चाचा नेहरू के कार्य, शिक्षा में उनके योगदान के लिए मनाया जाता है। पंडित नेहरू का जन्म 1889 में इलाहाबाद में हुआ था। पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री जवाहरलाल नेहरू यह मानते थे कि बच्चे किसी भी समाज का फाउंडेशन और एक राष्ट्र की असली ताकत होते हैं। उनका कहना था कि आज के बच्चे ही कल के भारत का निर्माण करेंगे और जिस तरह से हम उनका विकास करेंगे उसी स्तर पर देश का भी विकास होगा।

National Education Day 2022 राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा दिवस भारत के पहले शिक्षा मंत्री और विभिन्न उच्च शिक्षा संस्थानों व नियामकों के संस्थापकों में से एक मौलाना अबुल कलाम आजाद के शिक्षा में योगदान की याद में उनकी जयंती पर यानि 11 नवंबर को हर साल मनाया जाता है।

मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय, जिसे अब शिक्षा मंत्रालय कहा जाता है, ने 11 सितंबर, 2008 को राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा दिवस मनाने की घोषणा की। इस दिन को भारत के पहले शिक्षा मंत्री की जयंती और भारत में शिक्षा के प्रति उनके योगदान को मनाने के लिए चिह्नित किया गया था। .

इस बार की थीम

इस दिन का केंद्रीय विषय ‘शिक्षा’ है। शिक्षा मंत्रालय हर साल एक अलग फोकस क्षेत्र निर्धारित करता है। राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा दिवस 2022 के लिए, विषय “पाठ्यक्रम बदलना और शिक्षा को बदलना” है।

क्या है महत्व

भारत द्वारा राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा दिवस 2022 मनाने के पीछे मुख्य उद्देश्य मौलाना अबुल कलाम आज़ाद की जयंती है। मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय ने आजाद द्वारा भारत के पहले शिक्षा मंत्री के रूप में किए गए योगदान पर एक नज़र डालने के लिए इस दिन को मनाने की घोषणा की है।

Global Handwashing Day 2022:A Message Of Universal Hand Hygiene

This year’s theme, “Unite for Universal Hand Hygiene”, calls on all of society to work together as we scale up hand hygiene and it reminds us that we are united in our vision for universal access and practice of hand hygiene. No matter your role, you can celebrate Global Handwashing Day.

HERE ARE SOME BENEFITS OF HAND WASHING

👉Handwashing with soap can reduce diarrhoeal diseases by 30 per cent

👉It can reduce acute respiratory infections by up to 20 per cent

👉Handwashing plays a significant role in reducing the transmission of outbreak-related pathogens such as cholera, Ebola, shigellosis, SARS, hepatitis E, and COVID-19.

👉Hand hygiene is protective against healthcare-associated infections.

👉It can also help reduce the spread of antimicrobial resistance.

👉It contributes to the reduction of Neglected Tropical Diseases.

👉It can also help prevent the spread of hospital acquired infections (HAIs).

👉Among students, handwashing can also reduce the rates of school absenteeism.

Regularly practising handwashing can contribute to an individual’s well-being, increase productivity, and much more. Good hand hygiene is the foundation of disease prevention and control.

KAUSHAL PRAGYATA ( SKILL LEARNING ) FOR CLASS VI TO VIII

Work Education for Class VI to VIII is reimagined as  (Skill Learning), and is an attempt to introduce Vocational courses-in a joyful manner with mainly hands on activities to give practical exposure to child as a series of occupation. It is an endeavor to give them exposure to understand framework of industry. Students are given opportunity to test  their skills, learn from mistakes and identify their weak points. The activities are made to encourage self - learning and to familiarize students with tools and equipment's required. A great effort is made to leverage the effective elements of social learning and experiential learning in a structured manner. We have tried to introduce basket of skills which include, agriculture, crafts, pottery, communication skills, photography, Robotics, Origami, Electric circuits, stitching etc. Students may learn how to create an idea, connect to relevant stakeholders, and serve the community. ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ is a campaign under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to encourage people to bring the Tiranga home and to hoist it to mark the 75th year of India’s independence. Our relationship with the flag has always been more formal and institutional than personal. Bringing the flag home collectively as a nation in the 75th year of independence thus becomes symbolic of not only an act of personal connection to the Tiranga but also an embodiment of our commitment to nation-building. The idea behind the initiative is to invoke the feeling of patriotism in the hearts of the people and to promote awareness about the Indian National Flag.
